Please review all booking information carefully before scheduling your appointment.
Prices listed are for a standard set (no design). You will receive a notification once your booking is confirmed.
A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your nail service.
Deposits may be transferred to another appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking deposit.
Repeated no-shows may require full payment at the time of booking for future appointments.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time while still being charged for the full appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Booking fees are transferable only if the cancellation is made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and the appointment is rescheduled.
GUEST POLICY
To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, only clients receiving a service are permitted in the studio unless previously arranged.
NAIL REPAIR POLICY
Repairs within 3 days of your appointment will be fixed free of charge if due to product failure.
After 3 days, repairs will be considered regular nail fixes and charged accordingly.
PRODUCT / WORK FROM OTHER TECHNICIANS
If you are coming with product applied by another technician, please note that results and retention cannot always be guaranteed.
In some cases, a full removal and new set may be required to ensure the best results and proper nail health.
